Guillaume Brahimi is a French-born, Australia-based chef renowned for his acclaimed restaurants and long-standing partnership with Crown. He has published several cookbooks, hosted SBS food series, and appeared on shows like MasterChef Australia. Deeply involved in charity, he has helped raise millions for children in need through the Bestest Foundation. Honored as Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite in 2014 and GQ Chef of the Year in 2015, Guillaume is celebrated for his contribution to both cuisine and the community.

Pierrick Boyer, born in Valognes in 1974, is a renowned French pastry chef based in Australia. Named Gault & Millau Pastry Chef of the Year in 2017, he was honored in 2024 as Chevalier du Mérite Agricole by the French government. Earlier in his life, he also received a National Defence Medal for his service in the French Army and with the United Nations in Croatia.

Quentin Zerr, a French pastry chef from Strasbourg with nearly 20 years of experience, trained at Le Meurice alongside renowned chefs such as Cédric Grolet and Maxime Frédéric. After moving to Australia, he became Head Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons Sydney, earning titles like Australian Pastry Chef of the Year (2022) and the French-Australian Excellence Award (2024). That same year, he launched Qollection Patisserie, showcasing his refined French touch and passion for creating desserts that tell a story.
