I am delighted that this truly immersive dinner « Château Merveilles » brought by Allegria will be held for the very first time in Melbourne. This amazing show will offer a unique opportunity to experience the excellence of French culture, savoir-faire and gastronomy, in a very innovative and enchanting way.

FACEF is delighted and grateful to be the chosen charity of Allegria, a French agency creating immersive, multisensory experiences like the Château Merveilles dinner. After a successful first edition, Allegria will come to Melbourne in October 2026, helping FACEF promote cultural and intellectual exchanges between Australia, France, and the French Overseas Territories, and fostering enduring connections across borders.

PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS CHARITY

French Australian Cultural Exchange Foundation
Bridging Cultures. Building Connections

The French Australian Cultural Exchange Foundation (FACEF) is a not-for-profit charity devoted to nurturing the bonds of friendship between Australia, France, and the French Overseas Territories. Our mission is to weave bridges of culture and thought—threads of language, art, and ideas—that invite dialogue across oceans.

With the steadfast support of the French Embassy and the generosity of Australian philanthropists, FACEF brings to life initiatives that celebrate shared heritage while opening doors to new discoveries.
It is in this spirit that we are delighted and profoundly grateful to receive part of the proceeds from Allegria’s Château Merveilles magical soirée. An evening of wonder, beauty, and generosity, it reflects the values that guide FACEF—the joy of gathering, the power of creativity, and the strength of cultural connection. Looking ahead, our international partnerships will continue to shape innovative programs and collaborations, setting new precedents for cultural exchange between Australia, France, and the French Overseas Territories. Merci Chateau Merveilles!
